All pupils that make use of SEND support benefit from excellent support with their transition to the next stage in education. We have been delighted to see pupils with EHCPs progress to achieve A Levels/qualifications in English, Social Sciences alongside traditional vocational routes . In KS4 pupils are offered a fantastic careers support package via our external partners, including 1-2-1 intervention and meetings with qualified careers advisors from Progress-Careers and the NELC YPSS team. These are conducted every year from the start of KS4 and there is further support own careers advisor – Paul Tuffnell.

All pupils that make use of SEND support have progressed to post-16 and moved on to higher education at some of these settings:  

Grimsby Insititute Higher Education   

Franklin College

Bishop Burton

Some pupils that make use of SEND support have also gone on to study at local Universities and across the country after College or 6th form or moved into employment.
